Is he out there?
Dreaming of me as I am him
Does he know I exist?
Does he long for my gentle
touch?
I have never met him,
So how do I feel this way?
He sits there half way around the world living his perfect
life.
He thinks of me as one of the thousands of messages in his inbox yet,
I love him.
Every thought I know about
him,
I long for him more.
I hope for to feel his soft lips touch mine,
Though I have never heard words come out of
them.
I am in love with an image of this perfect, kind, gentle person.
I feel that I am a part of him,
Knowing
what he will be like,
How he will act so kindle yet so strongly,
How his blonde hair falls against his forehead.
My
heart sees him,
For he is out there hoping for a person like me,
Someone that will not be like the rest.
Someone
who will love him for who he is,
Not for what he has done.
He wants someone to talk to and share his dreams with.
He
wants me as I want him.
I know him.
I want him.
I need him.
I need him like the stars need the sky.
But
the stars will not stop shining even if the sky is not there,
The stars will find the sky.
But I will not stop for all
the darkness in the world cannot put out the light of one flame.
He is the one for he is out there.
